Indirect heaters
Heaters are designed to break well stream emulsion, allowing the separation of crude oil from water and other foreign materials, this also raises the temperature of the crude to reduce viscosity and aid further refining.
Preheaters of water-bath and glycol type are manufactured with a maximum capacity of 65000bbl/day.
Components of the package include heating and expansion bath, stack, ignition device, pressure control, BMS panel for, instrumentation junction boxes Piping and valves.
